The land of Charleroi, the Industrial Heritage

Black yesterday, the Land of Charleroi is changing and gets colours.
Charleroi is an amazing town by the richness of its cultural heritage : an art deco town hall, museums, parks, and Art Nouveau façades...
Birthplace of the Comics with the School of Charleroi and the printing house Dupuis, Charleroi has fun and does not take itself seriously.
Visit imperatively the Museum of Photography in Mont-sur-Marchienne to admire a flood of original pictures.
In the shadow of the frames of Marcinelles, a memorial is intended to honour the memory of the mining disaster of the 8th of August 1956 at the Bois du Cazier.
